My Dad (aka Grandpa Fred) took Genevieve down the street to the railroad museum today. He bought her a pink conductor’s hat and a train whistle. He got lots of cute pictures if you are interested, just click on the picture.
Tonight we are going to a wine, shrimp, and art festival. The nice thing about my parents living right down town is they are within walking distance with a lot of what goes on here in Wichita Falls. Even though I get nervous about seafood in landlock places I think it should be fun.
We leave tomorrow morning for home. I will be sad to say goodbye to my parents again but happy to be on my way home to see Nat. I think Genevieve will be very excited about seeing her Daddy. Let’s hope the flight on the way home goes as well as the flight here.
